Hello everyone!
I would like to introduce you this app as we are getting ready for our IELTS in march.
It focuses mainly on the reading passage as well as useful vocabulary. It also has 18 test for matching headings with paragraphs and plenty of word games where you can practise your English skills!!
It is free :))
All of these apps are from a software called Grammar Express, which has 13 different apps to download.
I haven't checked them properly yet, but they look really good for practicing on the move :D
The amazing thing is that all of them are free!!

Useful apps and websites

Some of you have already enjoyed playing the 4 Pics 1 Word app, and it would be great if we could share some other apps or websites that are fun and help you improve your English. Two that we have already looked at are the IH My Words app for recording vocabulary, and I also showed you the Sounds app to help with your pronunciation. Over the weekend I'd like you each to suggest an app or website that helps you practise your English, and then write 2 sentences - in English :-) - saying why you like it and how it has helped you with your English.

Cass Visit Day
Hello guys, as most of us
have an offer from Cass Business School and received an invitation to Cass
Visit day. I thought that it would be a good idea if we all go together as it
will be better for us so we can encourage each other to be more sociable and help
each other to communicate with other prospective students.
Anyways the main point is that we all need to
agree on a date. Those who received the invitation you would know that the
dates are on 13th of March and 10th of April.
So can you all please agree on a date then go on the link in the email that you
received. Also if anyone who did not receive an invitation but would like to
visit to please let me know and I will add you as my guest.
London Metal Exchange

Royal Air Force Museum
What about visiting the Air Force Museum?
They have a world-class collection of aircrafts, and the Museum shows the story of aviation from early bi-planes to the latest strike-jets. The entrance is free, and by bus it takes 30 minutes to get there.
http://www.rafmuseum.org.uk/ this is their website, so you could get an introduction about what it will be about.
I'm looking forward to your response.

Welcome to our blog
I hope you enjoyed our trip to the British Museum on Friday and the discussions in class this morning about the role of museums. Some of you mentioned that you would like to do some more trips, so I'd be really interested to get some ideas about where you'd like to go. I look forward to reading your suggestions!
